Hesabınızı silme
Şeşbeş Tavla hesabınızı ve ona bağlı bütün veriyi istediğiniz an silebilirsiniz. İki yol var.
1. Uygulamanın içinden (anında)
Ayarlar → Hesabımı sil → Evet, sil
Ayarlar, ana menüdeki dişli simgesinden açılır. Onayı verdiğiniz anda silme tamamlanır; beklemeniz gerekmez.
2. Uygulamayı kurmadan (30 gün içinde)
sesbesdestek@gmail.com
adresine yazın. Talebinizi bulabilmemiz için oyuncu etiketinizi
(#ABC1234 biçiminde, profil ekranında yazar) ekleyin; hesabınızı
bir Google veya Apple hesabına bağladıysanız o adresten yazmanız yeterlidir.
Talebiniz en geç 30 gün içinde karşılanır.
Silinen veriler
- Sunucudaki oyuncu kaydınız: oyuncu adı, avatar, ülke, seviye, altın, galibiyet ve mağlubiyet sayınız
- Kullandığınız davet kaydı ve hediye kodu kayıtları
- Anonim kimliğiniz ve varsa bağlı Google/Apple oturumunuz
- Cihazınızda saklanan her şey: altın, seviye, görev ilerlemesi, sahip olduğunuz zar tasarımları, dil ve ses tercihleri
Silinmeyenler
Satın alma kayıtlarınız App Store ve Google Play'de tutulur; bunlar bizde değildir ve mağazaların kendi saklama süresine tabidir. Fatura kaydınızı sildirmek için ilgili mağazaya başvurmanız gerekir.
Geri alınabilir mi?
Hayır. Silme kalıcıdır; altınınız, seviyeniz ve satın aldığınız zar tasarımları geri gelmez ve satın alımlar iade edilmez.
Deleting your account
You can delete your Şeşbeş Tavla account and all data tied to it at any time. There are two ways.
1. From inside the app (immediate)
Settings → Delete my account → Yes, delete
Settings opens from the gear icon on the main menu. Deletion completes as soon as you confirm — there is nothing to wait for.
2. Without installing the app (within 30 days)
Write to sesbesdestek@gmail.com.
Include your player tag (shown on the profile screen, in the form
#ABC1234) so we can find your record; if you linked a Google or
Apple account, writing from that address is enough. Requests are handled
within 30 days.
What is deleted
- Your server-side player record: player name, avatar, country, level, gold, win and loss counts
- Your invite record and gift-code redemptions
- Your anonymous identifier and any linked Google/Apple session
- Everything stored on your device: gold, level, mission progress, owned dice designs, language and sound preferences
What is not deleted
Purchase records are held by the App Store and Google Play. We do not hold them, and they are subject to those stores' own retention periods. To have a billing record removed, contact the relevant store.
Can it be undone?
No. Deletion is permanent: your gold, level and purchased dice designs do not come back, and purchases are not refunded.
